This is going to shock you all when I say it, but...
...I'm kind of lazy.
No! It's true! I'm lazy! Case in point--I've put it on my list to have a certain number of days when I do some kind of physical activity, and I've really not come any where close to hitting my average on that.
So, when I read about the concept of 30 Day Fitness challenges, a light bulb went off. 'Hey! I can do one of those!', I thought. It seems perfect for me. It's a challenge project, for one thing. If I can meet my challenge of eating buffalo wing, I can certainly meet a challenge to do a few push-ups or stomach crunches.
So, I'm starting with the Easy Push-Up Challenge. "Easy," because push-ups are hard! And I'm kind of lazy!
