Last weekend, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings at the Atlantic Center in Brooklyn, just because we needed a snack before continuing on with our day.
I've been to BWW before, and I remembered that their wings were pretty good. It's the kind of place that has about a zillion different kinds of sauce and rubs on their wings, so selecting what's going to work for your particular tastes can be a bit of a challenge.
We placed a large order of wings (or maybe it was medium, I can't remember), and asked them to split it. Half were "hot", and half were "Thai Curry." Both were really great. The hot flavor had classic buffalo flavor, with good heat--enough to give your mouth a warm tingle, but not so hot as to make your scalp sweat. I was really surprised at how much I liked the Thai Curry flavor. It had a slight peanut flavor, a nice warm heat, and definite curry flavor.
BWW offers you your choice of ranch or bleu cheese, and we asked for bleu, but they mistakenly brought us ranch. They fixed that pretty quickly, though, when we called it to their attention.
If you're looking for a corporate wing chain, I don't have any hesitancy recommending Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were good!
