I haven't done a weigh-in in a little while, but I'm making progress toward my goal of losing weight, and this photo proves it. I'd like to say that it was because of my fitbit, or because I'm exercising more, or because I'm being really responsible about the food I eat, but really, I'm 99% sure that it's because I've been drinking less whiskey. With fewer empty calories, I'm pretty much eating a bunch of junk, sticking to my normal routine, and shedding a couple of pounds each week.
My birthday is Saturday, which is also the first day after a "no drinking" week. I think I might make February a "no drinking" month (not just because it's so short. But I may want to raise a glass on my own birthday, so...perhaps I'll make the month go February 2 to March 2.
The other thing that this photo shows is that it's probably time for another pedicure. Things have been nuts at work, so I'm not exactly sure when that's going to happen.
Also, I really didn't manage to take any other pictures, yesterday, so this is going to have to be my daily photo.
