I'm trying to lose weight, and I'm also trying to increase my exercise/physical activity. So, I figured a great way to help myself along would be to get a FitBit. I researched the various fitness trackers on Consumer Reports, and then noticed that a couple of friends are using FitBits, so I ordered the FitBIt One.
Most of these trackers are wristbands, but I got this one, because it will clip on my belt, and because it can also track my sleep.
I've only had it for a couple of days, but I've decided that in terms of my "physical exercise" item, any time when I make everything light up green (number of steps, number of flights of stairs, distance, calories), it's going to count as a day for my list.
And I had just one such of those days yesterday. We walked around a lot in Las Vegas, so that's one more day of physical activity.
