My second Monday Morning Weigh-In.
Last week, I was at 198.8. Today, I'm at 195.9. That's nearly three pounds, which is pretty good, considering I didn't do all of the things I was planning to do.
I ate breakfast pretty consistently, and I made relatively good choices throughout the week.
Of course, I also ate buffalo wings yesterday.
I didn't get any real exercise, either.
But, I did have a bunch of days with no drinking, which I think might have been part of my success.
Still, I can do better.
